High-quality education is at the core of what we do.
Our unique 50-25-1 principle ensures:
  • Maximum 50 participants per course, maintaining personalized attention and interaction.
  • Sub-sessions are limited to 25 minutes with quizzes and Q&As between each sub-session. A teaching session consists of four sub-sessions. In this way we ensure optimizing focus and retention of key topics.
  • 1-on-1 personal coaching. In each course we will have at least one session providing tailored guidance to each participant.

Are your courses available worldwide?
Yes, our online platform allows seafarers from anywhere in the world to access courses. Whether at sea or on land, participants can learn at their own pace.
Our platform is optimized for global access, and courses can be accessed with an internet connection. Its possible to stream the sessions so you can watch them even when you are offline. They can also use their devices: phone, tablet, and, of course, laptop.
Enrolling is simple – seafarers or shipping companies can register directly on our website. After registration, participants receive login credentials to access their courses. Or write directly to iryna@fioniaacademy.com
Yes, seafarers can study at their own pace during the 5 weeks provided, allowing them to balance their professional duties with their learning schedule effectively.
If a participant is unable to complete the course within the initial 5 weeks, they can request an extension of 10 additional days to finish the course. This provides enough time to complete the material at their own pace.
