Our unique 50-25-1 principle ensures:
- Maximum 50 participants per course, maintaining personalized attention and interaction.
- Sub-sessions are limited to 25 minutes with quizzes and Q&As between each sub-session. A teaching session consists of four sub-sessions. In this way we ensure optimizing focus and retention of key topics.
- 1-on-1 personal coaching. In each course we will have at least one session providing tailored guidance to each participant.

To be admitted to the program at Fionia, you need to either be signed up by your employer or meet these requirements:
- Fluent in English at a business level: Either approved by your employer or certified.
- Minimum of three years of post-graduation education.
